Delivery and returns

Blank garments are dispatched within 2 working days; delivery takes up to 3 working days after dispatch.

Personalised items are dispatched within 7–30 calendar days once both payment and final artwork approval have been received, depending on the season and order size. Courier transit is additional; the delivery estimate for the selected service applies.

Blank and personalised garments in mixed orders are dispatched separately. Personalised-only UK orders have a delivery charge of £6.25, with free delivery on orders of £150 or more.

Consumers may cancel blank garments within 14 days of delivery and return them within a further 14 days. Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind; rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain.
