Who you are buying from
Your seller is FlexiFit Clothing, at 106 Firbank Grove, Livingston, EH53 0FE, United Kingdom. Contact contact@flexifitclothing.co.uk. These terms cover our UK online sales of blank clothing, personalised clothing and packs. Read them with our Delivery policy, Returns policy and Privacy and cookies notice.
Your order and prices
Check your items, sizes, colours, quantities, delivery address and personalisation before paying. Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered and no VAT is added. The goods, any agreed decoration or artwork charges, discounts and delivery cost are shown before payment. Payment methods are those offered at checkout.
We will confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil it, we will explain the issue and arrange a refund for the unavailable goods and any delivery charge no longer applicable, or an alternative only with your agreement. We will not increase an accepted order's price or substitute a garment without your agreement.
Product information
Use the size guide and product-specific information before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear; photographs and digital mock-ups cannot reproduce every fabric or decoration detail. Goods must nevertheless match their description and the agreed specification. Minor production tolerances do not excuse a materially different or faulty product.
Personalisation and artwork
Provide artwork you own or have permission to reproduce, including permission for any names, logos or photographs. You keep your rights in the artwork. You permit us and service providers involved in fulfilling your order to use it for artwork preparation, proofing, production and order support. This is not permission for us to publish your design in advertising.
Review your proof carefully, including spelling, position, size and colours. Production starts after payment and the required artwork approval. A screen proof is a guide to layout; exact print or thread colour matching is available only if specifically agreed. We remain responsible for meeting the agreed specification.
The artwork checker gives practical guidance; a green result is not a print-quality guarantee. If we flag a quality concern, we will explain the options. Approval of a disclosed limitation does not waive rights for unrelated faults or errors by us.
Once an order has been personalised, a change of mind or a customer-selected size or approved spelling error is not a reason for a return. Faulty goods and production errors are handled under our Returns policy. Contact us promptly about changes; do not assume a submitted order has been changed until we confirm it.
Dispatch and delivery
Personalised items are dispatched within 7–30 calendar days, depending on the season and the size of your order. This period starts once both payment and your final artwork approval have been received. Courier transit follows dispatch. We use InPost and DPD. See the Delivery policy for blank clothing, mixed orders, charges and your rights if delivery is delayed.
Using this website
Use the website lawfully. Do not upload infringing or unlawful material, interfere with security or access another person's account. Store images, branding and text may belong to us or their respective rights holders; buying a product does not transfer those rights.
Problems and your legal rights
Email contact@flexifitclothing.co.uk with your order number, the problem and the outcome you would like. We will investigate and explain the next steps. You do not need to contact a clothing supplier or courier to exercise your rights against us.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers retain the mandatory protections and access to courts that apply where they live. We do not impose a foreign court or law to remove those protections.
The terms agreed when you order apply to that order. Later website changes apply to future orders, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
