Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to order from FlexiFit Clothing with confidence. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order, especially if you are ordering clothing for workwear, teams, uniforms, events or custom branding.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To start a return, please contact us first. Do not send goods back without contacting us, as we need to provide return instructions and ensure your return is processed correctly.

Return Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Unmarked and free from odours
- In their original packaging where possible
- In a resalable condition
- Returned with any labels, tags or product packaging supplied
Please take care when trying on garments. Items returned worn, soiled, damaged, washed, altered, personalised, printed, embroidered or otherwise modified may not be accepted unless they are faulty.
Items That Cannot Usually Be Returned
Unless faulty, we cannot usually accept returns for:
- Personalised, printed, embroidered or customised items
- Items that have been decorated, altered or processed after delivery
- Underwear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Samples, where supplied specifically as samples
- Clearance or discontinued items, where stated at the time of purchase
- Items not returned in a resalable condition
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 5 working days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- The product style/code, colour, size and quantity received
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging where helpful
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will advise the next steps. Where the error is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, such as replacement, return or refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please do not use, wash, decorate, print, embroider or alter the item before contacting us.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- The product style/code, colour, size and quantity affected
- A description of the fault or damage
- Clear photos showing the issue
We may need to inspect the item or request further information before confirming the outcome. If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.
Before Decorating or Customising Garments
Please check all garments carefully before printing, embroidery, heat pressing, decoration, washing, wearing or processing.
We cannot accept responsibility for decoration costs, onward shipping costs, loss of work, delay costs or other consequential losses if an issue is reported after the goods have been decorated, altered, processed or used.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, contact us first with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused.
Return Postage
For change of mind returns, the customer is usually responsible for the cost of return postage unless we agree otherwise.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will advise the appropriate return or replacement process.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund.
Original delivery charges may not always be refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to an error or confirmed fault.
Exchanges
We may not always be able to offer direct exchanges due to stock availability. If you need a different size, colour or product, we may ask you to place a new order and return the original item in line with this policy.
Business, Team and Bulk Orders
For business, team, staff clothing or bulk orders, please check all details carefully before ordering, including product, colour, size, quantity and suitability for branding.
Where items are specially ordered, customised, printed, embroidered or otherwise processed, returns may be restricted unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
