Shipping Policy
At FlexiFit Clothing, we aim to make ordering workwear, everyday clothing, teamwear and custom branding-ready apparel as straightforward as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed once payment has been received and stock availability has been confirmed. As many of our products are supplied through our UK fulfilment and supplier network, availability and dispatch times may vary depending on product, colour, size and warehouse stock.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with the available options, such as an alternative item, a delayed dispatch, or a refund for the unavailable item.
UK Delivery
We currently offer UK delivery options at checkout. Delivery charges and available services are shown before you complete your order.
Typical delivery options may include standard UK delivery and faster delivery services where available. Delivery times are estimates and start from the point of dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on product availability, order size, delivery address and courier service. As a general guide:
- Standard UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Faster delivery options may be available for selected orders and locations.
- Orders containing multiple items, larger quantities or supplier-sourced items may take longer.
During busy periods, courier delays, bank holidays, stock checks, or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take longer than expected.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. Charges may vary depending on the delivery method, order size, weight, destination and courier availability.
If a delivery charge applies, it will be clearly displayed before payment.
Remote Areas, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Some UK locations may have different delivery times or additional courier restrictions. This can include, but is not limited to, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland.
If your delivery address requires a different service or additional time, we will contact you where necessary.
Timed and Special Delivery Services
Where timed or premium delivery services are available, they are still subject to courier performance, stock availability and operational conditions. We cannot guarantee delivery where delays are caused by events outside our control, including courier disruption, weather, customs processes or access issues.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address, postcode, email address and phone number are correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number and delivery postcode. We will check the tracking information and, where necessary, contact the courier or supplier fulfilment partner.
Split Deliveries
Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel, especially if items are sourced from different warehouse locations or if an order contains multiple product types. You will not be charged extra for a split delivery unless this was clearly agreed before dispatch.
